A Growing Appetite: Moving from Milk to Meat in Spiritual Growth

A Growing Appetite: Moving from Milk to Meat in Spiritual Growth "I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able." – 1 Corinthians 3:2    Spiritual growth requires proper nourishment. In 1 Corinthians 3:2 , Paul writes to the church at Corinth explaining that he fed them with milk instead of meat because they were not yet able to handle deeper teaching. Paul's desire was for the church to grow spiritually and mature in their understanding of God.    Just as natural life develops from childhood to adulthood, spiritual life also grows in stages. It is not healthy to remain a spiritual child forever. God calls believers to grow from being children of God, to adolescents in God, and ultimately to mature adults in God. This development reflects the growth of the Christ within each person.    Spiritual maturity is often revealed by one's appetite . What a person de...

God Is a Keeper: Growing in Consciousness Through Jude 1:24-25

God Is a Keeper: Growing from Falling to Standing Fast    The powerful declaration in Jude 1:24-25 reveals a profound truth about divine preservation: "Now unto Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory, with exceeding joy, to the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and for ever. Amen." – Jude 1:24-25    God is revealed here as a Keeper  one who sustains, preserves, and presents us faultless. Kingdom excellence reflects a state where no fault is found, not because of human perfection, but because of divine presentation. Being kept is not limited by God’s ability; rather, it is determined by human openness and awareness. We are kept to the degree that we align our thoughts with the truth that God is our peace, our shade, and our strength.    This journey of being kept unfolds progressively through expanding levels of c...

Who Are You Becoming? Growing Up Into Christ Through Divine Essence, Good Energy, and Great Expectations

Who Are You Becoming? Growing Up Into Christ Through Divine Essence, Good Energy, and Great Expectations "Speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Christ in all things, who is the head." – Ephesians 4:15    As we continue stepping into the next dimension of spiritual awareness, consider this powerful question: Who do you desire to be when you grow up? This is no longer a childhood question about careers, houses, cars, marriage, or status. It is a question of character , essence , and way of being .    When your name is mentioned in a room, what do people experience? What presence do you carry? The answer often depends on the system from which you operate: the world system that excludes God, the church system that includes God peripherally, or the Kingdom system where God remains at the center of everything.    According to Ephesians 4:15, we are called to grow up into Christ in all things . This is not about religious perfo...

Identity Is Victory: Living as the Lamb, Lord, and King in Christ

Identity Is Victory! (Revelation 17:14) "They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of Lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers."    Revelation 17:14 (KSB)    Identity is victory. No one can truly experience victory until they understand who they are. Likewise, no one can overcome until they know whose they are. Triumph is impossible without a clear awareness of identity.    When feeling defeated, return to the truth that you are a spiritual being living in a spiritual universe governed by the spiritual law of love. When feeling deflated, return to the truth that you are a unique, unrepeatable expression of God. When feeling like a failure, remember that you are created in the image and likeness of God. When feeling unsuccessful, affirm that you are perfect, whole, and complete  with nothing missing, nothing broken, and nothing out of p...

It’s Time to Graduate: Advancing to Spiritual Maturity

It’s Time to Graduate: Advancing to Spiritual Maturity (Hebrews 6:1) "Therefore, let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God." – Hebrews 6:1 (KSB)    We are all students in the school of life, learning different lessons at different levels through the experiences presented to us by the Divine Teacher. Life itself is an education, where health, relationships, and material circumstances serve as classrooms for our souls’ unfolding. This education requires tuition, a price paid through tears, effort, or other costs because growth, healing, and transformation come from learning what is necessary for our spiritual maturity.     Firstly , many individuals remain in elementary or middle school stages of faith. Like young students learning their ABCs and basic arithmetic, these individuals are grasping the foun...

I AM Working on It: Stages of Kingdom Life

I AM Working on It: Stages of Kingdom Life (Ephesians 5:5) "You can be sure of this: no immoral, impure or greedy person who commits idolatry can have an inheritance in the Kingdom of God."   Ephesians 5:5 (KSB)    There are steps to this; there are stages to this. Just as we experience stages of development in the natural from zygote, embryo, and fetus to newborn, child, and eventually adulthood we also go through spiritual stages. Life unfolds in steps and stages both naturally and supernaturally.  When we first encounter God’s Word and it pierces our hearts, something is conceived in the spirit. Just as a baby must grow in the womb before birth, we grow within the womb of the church, learning who God is, who Jesus is, who the Holy Spirit is, and who we are in Him. We also begin practicing spiritual disciplines. Eventually, the water breaks, and we are birthed into the Kingdom of God.    When we accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, we ...

I AM Working on It: Growing Through the Stages of Kingdom Life

I AM Working on It (Ephesians 5:5) "You can be sure of this: no immoral, impure or greedy person who commits idolatry can have an inheritance in the Kingdom of God."   Ephesians 5:5 (KSB)    There are steps to this; there are stages to this. In the natural, we go through stages of development, in the womb, zygote, embryo, fetus, and then we come out of the womb as a newborn, infant, toddler, child, adolescent, young adult, and into late adulthood. Life happens in steps and stages naturally, and it’s the same way supernaturally . It is the same way spiritually. Things happen in steps and stages.  When we are in the world, and then the Word hits our heart, we become conceived in the Spirit in the womb of the church. Spiritually, we are those zygotes, embryos, and fetuses learning who God is, who Jesus is, who the Holy Spirit is, and who we are in Him. We begin learning spiritual disciplines in the womb of the church.    But there comes a ...

It's Time to Grow into Your Inheritance: Understanding

It’s Time to Grow Into Your Inheritance "What I AM saying is that as long as heirs are underage, they are no different from slaves, although they own the whole estate."   Galatians 4:1 KSB    Paul's message to the churches in Galatia rings with timeless truth. Until an heir matures, they are indistinguishable from a servant. Though they legally own everything, their immaturity prevents them from accessing it. Until growth occurs, guardians and trustees manage what rightfully belongs to them.    You are an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ Jesus. Though your current life circumstances may reflect lack, scarcity, or even chaos, the truth remains you are entitled to divine abundance. What’s required is growth. It’s time to mature into your inheritance, into the health, peace, provision, and purpose God has already assigned to you.  Health is your birthright. As you grow spiritually and emotionally, you will naturally release sickn...

Divine Progression: Moving Forward in Faith and Glory (2 Corinthians 3:18)

God is Progressive, Why Are You Stuck (2 Corinthians 3:18) “And we all, who with unveiled faces reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into God’s image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬ ‭KSB ‬‬‬‬‬ God is progressive, calling you to advance to the next dimension of His good for you. What you have experienced is not all there is; God is not withholding any good thing from you. As long as you are in touch with the divine presence within, you and God are always moving forward, reaching new dimensions. God is elevating you to greater heights and depths, expanding your perspective and consciousness, even as many people remain stuck in outdated ways of thinking and doing things. We are not living in the past, and God’s progressive nature guides us to embrace the future with new approaches.  He will always lead you from one level of faith to another, as faith is essential to please Him. Your faith will contin...
