  Preparation or Promise: Embracing God's Process from John the Baptist to the Holy Spirit     “He must become greater; I must become less.” - John 3:30 (KSB)    This is a season of preparation. It's a time when God is getting you ready for what’s next. Between Easter and Pentecost, just as Jesus spent 40 days with the disciples and they then spent 10 days in the Upper Room, we too are being prepared to receive what God has promised.  God has incredible blessings in store for you, but readiness is key. Your heart must be open, receptive, and prepared to receive. Just as God created the Garden of Eden before placing Adam and Eve there, and prepared Goshen before the plagues arrived, He always prepares the place before introducing the people.  God told Elijah to go to Zarephath because provision was already waiting.
