  Knowing Yourself: The Foundation of True Love (Mark 12:31) "And you shall love your neighbor as yourself." – Mark 12:31    You can only love yourself to the extent that you know yourself. True self-love begins with honest self-knowledge. The love we extend to others mirrors the love we cultivate within. As we deepen our understanding of our own hearts, our strengths, weaknesses, needs, and growth areas we learn to love both ourselves and others more fully and authentically.     Firstly: Recognizing personal limitations is essential for self-knowledge.
