  You Don’t Have to Be Bound (Psalm 40:2) Psalm 40:2 (KJV) "He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand." – Psalm 40:2    As we continue in the book The Seven Stages of Being , also known as the seven stages of creation, Psalm 40:2 reveals a profound spiritual truth: no one has to remain bound . Freedom is not just an external shift; it is an inward awakening to divine truth.     Nobody else can put you in bondage but yourself. True bondage is mental bondage, captivity of the mind. External circumstances, societal labels, or even physical imprisonment cannot control your inner life unless you surrender your mental freedom.   Forgiveness Is the Answer (Philemon 1:14) "But I did not desire to do anything without your consent, so that any favor you do will be voluntary, not forced." – Philemon 1:14 KSB    Forgiveness is the key that unlocks freedom.
