Before and After, Part 3: Seeing Life from God’s Higher Perspective

Before and After, Part 3: Seeing Life from God’s Higher Perspective (Ephesians 4:17) "This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, do not live like the Gentiles who live in the vanity of their own minds."  Ephesians 4:17 (KSB)    It’s all a matter of perspective. Sometimes we strain to see God in a situation or to find the good in it because we’re looking from an eye-level view. But when we rise in our consciousness to the Christ Mind, the higher perspective we begin to see differently. As your consciousness rises, your perspective changes.  Paul reminds us in Ephesians 2:6 that when Christ rose from the dead, we rose with Him; and when He ascended into the heavenly realms, we ascended with Him. Jesus did not die alone we died with Him to our old ways of thinking, speaking, and living. When He rose, we rose. When He ascended, we ascended. Wherever Jesus is, we are welcome to be. We are not limited to the earth or to physical situations. We can transce...

The Aerial View: Rising Above with Christ’s Perspective

The Aerial View: Rising Above with Christ’s Perspective (Ephesians 2:6–8) "By grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."   Ephesians 2:8 (KSB)    Sometimes people are squinting and straining to see God in their situation. When He ascended into the heavenly realms, we ascended with Him. We did not merely observe His resurrection; we participated in it. We died to our old selves: old habits, old thinking, old speech. And when He rose, we rose to a new life, a new way of being.  We are not bound by what we see on earth. Because Christ ha...

Balancing Being & Birth: Jesus, the King of the Kingdom

Balancing Being & Birth: Jesus, the King of the Kingdom R EAD | Matthew 1:16-25 Whether your parents were married, separated, or divorced, your conception was perfect for your purpose. Perhaps your parents were unmarried teenagers or adults who had not planned on having more children; your conception was still divine. Even if you were the product of rape, incest, abuse, or adultery, the Kingdom Principle of Divine Order remains in effect. As challenging as it may be, this principle reminds you of the truth that everything that has happened in your life happened exactly as it was supposed to happen. Your conception is no exception. Jesus, your Wayshower, was not born under ideal circumstances. His conception was immaculate, yet very few people believed it. Many believed that Joseph and Mary did not wait until their honeymoon to consummate their marriage. Others thought that Mary was unfaithful to her fiancé, Joseph and that Jesus was the r...
