  God Is Going to Handle Your Embarrassment! Kingdom Process: Balance — Sowing and Reaping "So Hanun seized David’s envoys, shaved off half of each man’s beard, cut off their garments at the buttocks, and sent them away." – 2 Samuel 10:4     Embarrassment is a temporary state of humiliation or exposure resulting from an unexpected, awkward, or distressing experience. It is a passing moment or feeling, not a permanent identity.    In 2 Samuel 10:4, David’s envoys experienced an extreme form of public humiliation. Hanun shaved half of their beards, cut their garments, exposed them publicly, and sent them away in shame. What happened to them was humiliating, but it was not who they were.    This story gives us a powerful lesson about how to process embarrassment.
