The affirmation for this teaching is simple yet powerful: It is in my heart to give. Giving that flows from the heart aligns us with divine love, freedom, and abundance.    Firstly: Offering    Offerings represent the foundational principle of giving in Scripture. In Genesis, both Cain and Abel brought offerings before God, Abel from his livestock and Cain from the fruit of the ground.   It’s Not a Bill! (2 Corinthians 9:6–11) "Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also harvest sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also harvest generously. A bill demands payment regardless of attitude, with penalties attached for nonpayment disconnection of services, repossession, or loss. Bill collectors are indifferent to how the money is obtained or how the payer feels, as long as payment is received.  Giving tithes and offerings, however, flows from the heart.
