Jesus the Way Shower: Understanding Savior, Christ, Lord, King, and Divine Identity

Jesus the Way Shower: Understanding Savior, Christ, Lord, King, and Divine Identity

This understanding grows as we move from worldly awareness, through church understanding, and into kingdom awareness. In this expanded consciousness, our knowledge of Jesus deepens dimension by dimension. As revelation increases, so does our awareness of who we are called to become in following Him.

"I am the way, the truth, and the life." – John 14:6

   First Dimension: Jesus as Savior
When we call Jesus the Way Shower, we first acknowledge Him as Savior. He saves us from sin and awakens us to our identity as God’s beloved offspring. Salvation is the awakening of spiritual consciousness. Jesus functions as the divine alarm clock, stirring us to remember who we truly are. In kingdom awareness, salvation expands beyond personal awakening we become awakeners for others.

Second Dimension: Jesus as the Christ
The second dimension is knowing Jesus as the Christ the Anointed One. Anointed by God, He walked in divine power, performing miracles, signs, and wonders. Recognizing Him as Christ means acknowledging the anointing of the Holy Spirit in our own lives. This anointing empowers us to transcend natural limitations and to do the works He did and even greater through divine power rather than human effort.

Third Dimension: Jesus as Lord of Lords
To know Jesus as Lord of lords is to embrace His exalted authority. Lordship is not about ruling others; it is about ruling oneself. It calls for submission, sanctification, and self-control bringing passions, thoughts, words, and actions under divine alignment. True lordship means mastering the ego and flesh through Christ consciousness, walking in temperance and spiritual freedom.

Fourth Dimension: Jesus as King of Kings
Jesus reigns as King of kings, and we are called to a royal identity a royal priesthood. He grants us authority to exercise dominion within our God-given domains: family, education, business, science, technology, and beyond. As we awaken to this dimension, we recognize that we are empowered to rule and reign in life with wisdom, love, and divine authority.

Fifth Dimension: Jesus as God of Gods
In the highest dimension, we recognize Jesus as God of gods the Word made flesh, fully expressing the Divine. He reveals what divinity looks like embodied in humanity.

Jesus as the Way Shower leading humanity toward divine light and spiritual awakening

"You are gods."
– Psalm 82:6

This dimension invites us to understand that while God is the ultimate Source, we are expressions of that divine nature partakers of it. Everything Jesus affirmed “I AM the way,” “I AM the light,” “I AM the bread of life” points to awakened identity. As His body in the earth, we are called to embody that same divine consciousness.

The term Way Shower encompasses all these dimensions Savior, Christ, Lord of lords, King of kings, and God of gods. It affirms that Jesus is more than a single title; He demonstrates the complete path. As our knowledge of Him deepens, our awareness of ourselves as divine offspring expands.

By following the Way Shower, we learn to govern our inner world our thoughts (Thinking), our words (Theology), and our actions (Treatment). When these align with divine truth, we experience abundant and eternal life here and now.

Jesus is the Way Shower. Through Him, what He demonstrated becomes our living possibility. As He is, so are we called to be fully awakened, fully aligned, and fully alive in God.

📖 Reflection: Which dimension of Jesus—Savior, Christ, Lord, King, or Divine Expression—do you most need to deepen in your life right now?

💡 Action Step: Spend time in prayer and affirmation this week declaring, “I follow the Way Shower. I awaken to my divine identity and walk in kingdom authority.”

Why Me? God’s Glory (Romans 8:18) Why? That's a question often in our Souls. Why is this happening to me? Why am I having this experience? Why am I facing this health challenge? There's an answer! Why am I having these relationship challenges? There’s an answer, and it’s the same one. Why am I having this financial challenge? There’s an answer! There’s an answer to every question in your Soul, and the answer is glory. The reason for every experience in your life is so that God can get the glory. The purpose of all our challenges is not to bring us down but to transform us and bring glory to God. Why am I having this test, this trial, this tribulation? So God can get the glory. Why am I experiencing this persecution, this headache, this pain? So, God can get the glory. Why am I witnessing this miracle, sign, or wonder? So, God can get the glory. Why am I having this challenge in my local assembly, in my ministry, in my business, and in my organization? So God can get the...
The Sacred Sunday Posture:  Kneeling “ A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees; if you are willing, you can make me clean (Mark 1:40).” In addition to bowing your heads and closing your eyes, many people learn to “get on your knees and pray.” Often, it’s at night before going to sleep. Parents instruct their children to kneel on the side of the bed and say their prayers. Perhaps you have fond memories of kneeling and reciting the Lord’s Prayer or the 23 rd Psalm. Or maybe you were taught, like me, “Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake. I pray the Lord, my soul, to take. God bless mommy, daddy...” Kneeling is a physical way to revere God as your Creator and remember that God is your Source. “Know that it is the Lord, who is God. It is he that has made us and not we ourselves. We are his people and the sheep of his pasture (Psalm 100:3).” Without reverencing and ...

Where Is the Love? Learning to Recognize God's Presence Through Galatians 5

Where Is the Love?    One of my favorite duets is by Donny Hathaway and Roberta Flack: "Where Is the Love?" It asks, "Where is the love that you said you would give to me?" It's a timeless question and one that’s just as spiritually relevant today.    In Galatians 5 , Paul writes to the churches in Galatia about the contrast between the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit. He helps believers understand how to discern what’s truly of God. And here's the spiritual compass: love is God's signature . "And envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God."   Galatians 5:21 (KSB)    Whatever you do whether it’s cooking a meal or making a major decision ask yourself: "Where is the love?" Is love your motive? Is love present in your tone, your actions, your intentions?  Paul’s letter urges us to determine whether we are operati...
