God Is Preparing Me for My Place: Trusting His Timing and Provision

God Is Preparing Me for My Place

In the beginning, God provided abundantly for humanity:

"Then God said, 'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.'" – Genesis 1:29

"Lush green garden symbolizing God's provision in Eden"

This verse reminds us that God's provision was established from the very start. Just as He prepared Eden for Adam and Eve, He prepares places of provision and protection for us today.
Consider Goshen, the land reserved for the Israelites in Egypt.

Jesus assured us:

"I go to prepare a place for you, that where I am, there you may be also." - John 14:3

Your place is ready. Trust in God's preparation, both of the place and of you. Step forward in faith, knowing that He has equipped you for every good work in His perfect timing. It was a place of safety and abundance amidst turmoil. God didn't just prepare Goshen; He prepared the Israelites to inhabit it. Similarly, God is preparing you for your designated place. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we receive reconciliation, redemption, and restoration. Through Him, we are restored to the fullness of God's promises, gaining access to all He has prepared for us. God's pattern is clear: He creates the place before the person. Eden was ready before Adam was formed. Your place is prepared; now, God is preparing you to step into it.

You might wonder why you're not there yet. It's because God is molding you, shaping your character, and aligning your heart with His purpose. Trust the process, for when the preparation is complete, you'll find everything you need already in place.  Remember, God's timing is perfect. Just as He provided for Elijah through the widow at Zarephath, He has divine arrangements set for you. Your provision is waiting; your role is to be ready to receive it. Let go of anything hindering your preparation. Surrender your fears, doubts, and distractions. Embrace the molding process, knowing that God is crafting you for a purpose-filled place.

📖 Reflection: Are you allowing God to mold and prepare you for the place He has destined for you?

💡 Action Step: Identify and release anything hindering your preparation. Embrace the process, trusting in God's perfect timing and provision.

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love."   Galatians 5:6 (KSB)    With everything going on around us, it's easy to feel lost. Distractions come quickly, disappointments pile up, and discouragement sneaks in. We all face these moments. But even when we get off track, there is a way back and that path is through our faith, principles, and core values.  When you live your life anchored in principles, it gives you a compass for when the road gets unclear. Knowing your vision, your mission, and your core values makes it easier to realign when life feels out of control. But if you don’t know who you are, how can you get back to being your best self? If you don’t know what you stand on, what can you stand up on after a fall?    Clarity of purpose keeps you ...

Universe Means One Thing: Love

Universe Means One Thing: Love "For all the law is fulfilled in this one word, love: Love your neighbor as yourself."   Galatians 5:14 (KSB)    Sometimes, the word “universe” can feel mysterious even spooky to some. Others think it's irreverent or sacrilegious when used in spiritual conversations. But what if we redefined it? What if “universe” simply meant love? What if it meant God, since God is love?  When we say, “the universe,” we can think of it as pointing to one word love. Just one word. The entire Bible, composed of 66 books and written by over 40 different authors, ultimately speaks to one central theme: love. From beginning to end, this divine book points us toward loving God, loving ourselves, and loving others.  In the Old Testament, God's people had 636 laws civil, ceremonial, and moral. They guided everything from relationships to religious festivals. But then Jesus came and said, “Let me make this simple Love God. Love yourself. L...

You Are in God’s Will: How to Receive Your Divine Inheritance

You Are in God’s Will: How to Receive Your Divine Inheritance "In whom also we have obtained an inheritance because we were predestined according to the purpose of God, who works all things after the counsel of Divine Will."  Ephesians 1:11    Affirmation: My health is optimal because it’s God’s will that all of my relationships are harmonious.                                                    Ephesians 1:11 reminds us that we have obtained an inheritance through Christ. If earthly parents and grandparents can leave behind an inheritance of tangible and intangible value land, homes, recipes, wisdom, or even prayer, how much greater is the inheritance from our heavenly Father?  An inheritance implies that someone thought of you before their passing, made intentional plans, and had a desire for your future. Similarly,...
