Mindfulness Is Not New: Discovering God’s Presence Through Visit, Revisit, and Revise

Mindfulness Is Not New: It Began with God

Divine light symbolizing God’s mindful presence in every moment

"Always be mindful of the covenant, the word which God commanded to a thousand generations." – I Chronicles 16:15

Mindfulness is not a modern invention; it is a divine principle that began with God. Rooted in Scripture, mindfulness calls us to recognize that the I AM presence is active in every moment. While today's world may use technology to prompt breathing and reflection, this sacred awareness has always been a spiritual practice grounded in divine truth.

Scripture reminds us that God is continually mindful of humanity, inviting us into a deeper awareness of divine presence. This practice, often experienced as One Minute Oneness, encourages individuals to become conscious of their thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. Through this awareness, we align our Thinking, Theology, and Treatment with the highest and best life.

Firstly, we experience God through visitation. To visit means that God is ever-present, communicating through everyday moments and life experiences. In quiet nudges, sudden insights, and meaningful encounters, God speaks. When we become mindful, we begin to recognize these divine interactions and understand that every moment carries spiritual significance.

Secondly, we are called to revisit. Certain experiences require reflection. The soul often revisits past events to process emotions, gain clarity, and uncover deeper meaning. By intentionally returning to these moments with awareness, we allow healing and understanding to take place. Revisiting is not about dwelling in the past, but about growing through it.

Thirdly, we engage in revision. This is where transformation occurs. Through mindful awareness, we are given the power to rewrite our inner narrative. Like an editor refining a manuscript, we can delete, emphasize, and strengthen aspects of our lives. Thoughts, words, and actions that no longer serve our highest good can be corrected and aligned with divine truth.

This process is what can be called a spiritual “Pulley Point” a moment where intentional awareness lifts us into a higher level of living. Through revision, we consciously shape a life that reflects purpose, clarity, and divine alignment.

In conclusion, mindfulness is a divine invitation to remain aware of God's constant presence and the eternal covenant. By learning to visit the present, revisit the past for understanding, and revise the future through intentional change, we align fully with God’s purpose.

Through the conscious observation of Thinking, Theology, and Treatment, the soul enters into oneness with the I AM, living a life that reflects divine awareness and spiritual fulfillment.

   The Mindfulness of God:

   1. Visit

   2. Revisit

   3. Revise

📖 Reflection: Where is God inviting you to be more mindful in your present moment?

💡 Action Step: Take one minute today to pause, breathe, and acknowledge the presence of the I AM within you. Write down one area of your life you are ready to revisit and revise.

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love."   Galatians 5:6 (KSB)    With everything going on around us, it's easy to feel lost. Distractions come quickly, disappointments pile up, and discouragement sneaks in. We all face these moments. But even when we get off track, there is a way back and that path is through our faith, principles, and core values.  When you live your life anchored in principles, it gives you a compass for when the road gets unclear. Knowing your vision, your mission, and your core values makes it easier to realign when life feels out of control. But if you don’t know who you are, how can you get back to being your best self? If you don’t know what you stand on, what can you stand up on after a fall?    Clarity of purpose keeps you ...

Universe Means One Thing: Love

Universe Means One Thing: Love "For all the law is fulfilled in this one word, love: Love your neighbor as yourself."   Galatians 5:14 (KSB)    Sometimes, the word “universe” can feel mysterious even spooky to some. Others think it's irreverent or sacrilegious when used in spiritual conversations. But what if we redefined it? What if “universe” simply meant love? What if it meant God, since God is love?  When we say, “the universe,” we can think of it as pointing to one word love. Just one word. The entire Bible, composed of 66 books and written by over 40 different authors, ultimately speaks to one central theme: love. From beginning to end, this divine book points us toward loving God, loving ourselves, and loving others.  In the Old Testament, God's people had 636 laws civil, ceremonial, and moral. They guided everything from relationships to religious festivals. But then Jesus came and said, “Let me make this simple Love God. Love yourself. L...
Why Me? God’s Glory (Romans 8:18) Why? That's a question often in our Souls. Why is this happening to me? Why am I having this experience? Why am I facing this health challenge? There's an answer! Why am I having these relationship challenges? There’s an answer, and it’s the same one. Why am I having this financial challenge? There’s an answer! There’s an answer to every question in your Soul, and the answer is glory. The reason for every experience in your life is so that God can get the glory. The purpose of all our challenges is not to bring us down but to transform us and bring glory to God. Why am I having this test, this trial, this tribulation? So God can get the glory. Why am I experiencing this persecution, this headache, this pain? So, God can get the glory. Why am I witnessing this miracle, sign, or wonder? So, God can get the glory. Why am I having this challenge in my local assembly, in my ministry, in my business, and in my organization? So God can get the...
