When You Love Yourself, You Forgive Yourself: Embracing Grace and Self-Forgiveness

When You Love Yourself, You Forgive Yourself "Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ."   Ephesians 3:8 (KSB)    In Ephesians chapter 3, the Apostle Paul calls himself “less than the least of all the Lord’s people.” He was carrying the heavy burden of his past, the persecution of Christians, the death of Stephen, and his role in orchestrating violence. Despite planting churches, writing letters, and leading Gentiles to Christ, Paul still struggled to forgive himself.  Paul’s journey reminds us of Gideon. When God called Gideon a “mighty man of valor,” Gideon protested, listing his inadequacies: his tribe was the weakest, his family the smallest, and he considered himself the least of all. Like Paul, Gideon had to learn to see himself the way God saw him through the lens of divine purpose, not past failure.    Many of us are just like Pa...

Heirs and Shares: Embracing Your Full Inheritance in Christ

Heirs and Shares: Embracing Your Full Inheritance in Christ "This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus." – Ephesians 3:6 KSB    Do you know who you are? You are an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ Jesus. Paul revealed this profound truth to the believers in Ephesus, making it clear that both Jews and Gentiles now have complete, unrestricted access to all that God is and all that God has. We are not separate, now we are one family, one body, united under one divine inheritance.  There are no second-class citizens in God’s family. No stepchildren. No spiritual outsiders. It doesn’t matter your age, race, gender, education, financial status, past mistakes, or background nothing disqualifies you from your spiritual inheritance. We are all beloved offspring, heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ Jesus.  You share in God’...

Where Is God in What You’re Building? Inviting Divine Ownership Over Your Life’s Blueprint

Where Is God in What You’re Building?  "And in Christ you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."  Ephesians 2:22 (KSB)    Where is God in what you are building? Your consciousness,  your awareness of God and your awareness of good is the foundation of everything you construct in life. If you are building from a place of divine awareness, then whatever you're working on whether it's a career, a ministry, or a relationship can stand strong and thrive. But if God is only a guest in the process, the structure may not last.  Are you building with God or for God? Or worse, without Him? You don’t have to build alone. Whether it’s your family, your friendships, your business, your education, or your ministry, God desires to co-create  with you. He wants to be the cornerstone, not just a visitor on the job site.    Too often, we reduce God's role to that of a visitor,  He’s allowe...

Where Is God in What You’re Building? Letting the Spirit Take Ownership

Where Is God in What You’re Building?  "And in Christ you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."   Ephesians 2:22 (KSB)    Where is God in what you are building? Build your consciousness, and your consciousness will build your life. Your consciousness is your awareness of God and your awareness of good. When you build your consciousness on spiritual truths, what you create will endure, thrive, and bless. The right foundation matters. If you build on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone your structure will stand.  You don’t have to build alone. Your career, education, marriage, family, ministry, or even your business doesn’t have to be constructed in isolation. You can build it together with God. The question is: Where is God in what you are building?    Sometimes we treat God like a visitor, welcome for a moment, but not permitted into e...

Tearing Down Barriers: The Jesus Kind of Peace That Unites All People

Tearing Down Barriers: The Jesus Kind of Peace That Unites All People "For He Himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility."   Ephesians 2:14 (KJV)    There is no peace without love—the root of peace is love. Love enables people to coexist, work, worship, and live together. Jesus, the embodiment of divine love, demonstrated how to live with a consciousness of love. He tore down every barrier—ageism, racism, sexism, classism—that separated and divided people. Through His life, teaching, preaching, and ultimately His death, Jesus dismantled hostility and built bridges of peace.  Jesus gathered people to teach that we are all God’s beloved children, created in His image and likeness. Each one of us is a unique expression of the divine—perfect, whole, and complete. That was the message Jesus lived out. He showed us how to release bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, jealousy, malice, e...

Living from the Inside Out: Unlocking God Within You

Living from the Inside Out  "For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility."   Ephesians 2:14    Everything you need is inside of you because God is inside of you. The answers to every question, the solution to every problem, the healing for every wound they all reside within. Behold, the kingdom of God is within you . All the love, joy, peace, healing, health, and abundance you seek are already present, waiting to manifest.  Our spiritual practices are not about becoming something we are not. Rather, they help bring what’s already within us God’s presence, goodness, and glory into outward expression. That’s why we fast, worship, meditate, breathe deeply, forgive, and fellowship with others. These practices are pathways for the divine within us to become visible in our everyday lives.  This is not about religious rituals or rules. It's about relationship. It’s about ...

I AM God’s Handyman: Living Out God's Purpose for Your Life

I AM God’s Handyman (Ephesians 2:10) "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."  Ephesians 2:10 (KSB)    Do you know that God has always had a plan for your life? You are not an accident, and you are certainly not a mistake. Nothing in your life is happening by chance or coincidence. Everything is woven into the fabric of a divine purpose. You cannot leave this earth until that purpose is fulfilled.  Before you were formed in your mother’s womb, before you ever took on human form, you existed as a thought in the mind of God. You were spoken into existence by the Word of God. Even when you didn’t understand your path, God still had a plan for you. As Scripture reminds us, God says, “I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.”                           ...

There’s a Grace on Your Life

There’s a Grace on Your Life "By grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."    Ephesians 2:8 (KSB)    In Ephesians chapter 2, one word stands out repeatedly: grace . But what is grace? Grace is God’s unmerited favor, His love poured out on us, not based on anything we've done or failed to do. It’s not about what we think or don’t think. It’s simply a gift. A beautiful, divine surprise.  Imagine receiving an unexpected bonus at work, you did your job, and suddenly you're given more than you earned. That’s grace. It comes when you least expect it and fills you with joy and wonder. This is how God extends His grace freely, abundantly, and lovingly.  Throughout Ephesians 2, Paul highlights how grace is woven into our salvation. “By grace you are saved” means you didn’t do it yourself. Salvation is the awakening in your spirit to the truth that  you are God's beloved .   ...

The Aerial View: Rising Above with Christ’s Perspective

The Aerial View: Rising Above with Christ’s Perspective (Ephesians 2:6–8) "By grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."   Ephesians 2:8 (KSB)    Sometimes people are squinting and straining to see God in their situation. They are trying to find the good but are looking from an eye-level view. Yet when you rise in your consciousness into the Christ mind, the Christ consciousness, the heavenly realm you begin to see things differently. Perspective changes when consciousness ascends.    In Ephesians 2:6, Paul tells us that when Christ rose from the dead, we rose with Him. When He ascended into the heavenly realms, we ascended with Him. We did not merely observe His resurrection; we participated in it. We died to our old selves: old habits, old thinking, old speech. And when He rose, we rose to a new life, a new way of being.  We are not bound by what we see on earth. Because Christ ha...

How to Get Along with Anyone by Understanding Their Spiritual Operating System

How to Get Along with Anyone by Understanding Their Spiritual Operating System                                                         "In the past, you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the offspring of disobedience."   Ephesians 2:2 (KSB)    If you know someone’s operating system, you can learn how to operate with them and that’s the key to getting along with anyone. Just like Android and Apple phones function differently despite both being phones, people operate differently based on their internal systems. Expecting an Android to behave like an Apple will only lead to frustration. Likewise, expecting someone to act outside of their spiritual system causes relational conflict.  This concept also applies to computers: whe...

How to Get Along with Anyone: Understanding People Through Spiritual Operating Systems

How to Get Along with Anyone: Understanding People Through Spiritual Operating Systems "In the past, you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the offspring of disobedience."   Ephesians 2:2 (KSB)    If you understand someone’s operating system, you’ll know how to get along with them. It’s not about changing people it's about recognizing how they function.  Think of it like smartphones: Apple and Android are both phones, but they operate differently. You don’t expect an Apple to behave like an Android, or vice versa. Yet, once you understand how each system works, you can navigate both with ease. The same goes for people.  Everyone has a unique way of being how they think, speak, see the world, and behave. That’s their operating system. And many of our conflicts come from expecting someone to function outside of how they’re wired. If we know someone’s “spiritual O...

Clear the Air: How to Break Spiritual Blockages and Take Off in Faith

Clear the Air: How to Break Spiritual Blockages and Take Off in Faith "In the past, you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the offspring of disobedience." Ephesians 2:2 (KSB)                                                                         Before an airplane can take off, it must first be cleared for takeoff. Systems must be checked, the runway prepared, and communication channels open. In much the same way, many of us are trying to soar in life spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and financially but we haven’t cleared the air.  The Apostle Paul in Ephesians 2:2 reminds us of our past, how we once lived under the influence of the prince of the power of the air. This isn’t just poetic imag...

Living Between Favor and Work: Understanding God's Power in Both Hands

Living Between Favor and Work: Understanding God's Power in Both Hands "That power is the same as the mighty strength that raised Jesus Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 1:19-20)."  KSB    The power of God is vividly described in scripture through the metaphor of His hands. The left hand of God represents the works of God . It reminds us that not all blessings come easily. There are times we must stretch, strive, and step out of our comfort zones. This hand signifies the kind of divine power that enables us to labor, endure, and grow through effort.  On the other hand, the right hand of God symbolizes God’s favor . When things flow naturally, when doors open effortlessly, when blessings come without toil that’s the power of God’s right hand. It’s His divine ease moving through our lives.    Both hands whether manifesting through work or favor  are essential to the life of e...

Heirs of God, Sealed in Love: Discovering Our Divine Inheritance in Christ

Heirs of God, Sealed in Love: Discovering Our Divine Inheritance in Christ "Also, you were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit."   Ephesians 1:13 KSB    Do you know who you are? Do you really know who you are? You are not just a face in the crowd; you are an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ Jesus. In Ephesians 1, Paul reminds the believers in Ephesus that both Jews and Gentiles now have full access to the blessings of God. We are one family, one body, with one shared inheritance.  There are no second-class children in God's kingdom. Whether your background includes race, gender, social status, criminal history, denomination, or personal struggles none of these disqualify you from your inheritance in Christ. You are marked, sealed, and secured by the Holy Spirit. That seal is your divine proof of ownership, authenticity...

It’s Already Done: How to Manifest God’s Spiritual Blessings into Your Life

It’s Already Done: How to Manifest God’s Spiritual Blessings into Your Life "Who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ."  Ephesians 1:3    It’s not on God, it’s on us. We’ve got work to do. God has already blessed us with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That truth is clear in Ephesians 1:3. When Paul addressed the saints, he opened with worship, praise, and honor to God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Then he declared what had already been done: God has blessed us.  Notice the past tense  “has blessed.” God is not going to bless us someday. He already has. Many say, “The Lord is blessing me right now,” but according to the Word, the blessings were given already. Our job now is to take what’s been done in the spiritual realm and bring it into the natural.    You don’t need to beg or bargain with God. Jesus has already been given. The Holy Spirit ...

You Are in God’s Will: How to Receive Your Divine Inheritance

You Are in God’s Will: How to Receive Your Divine Inheritance "In whom also we have obtained an inheritance because we were predestined according to the purpose of God, who works all things after the counsel of Divine Will."  Ephesians 1:11    Affirmation: My health is optimal because it’s God’s will that all of my relationships are harmonious.                                                    Ephesians 1:11 reminds us that we have obtained an inheritance through Christ. If earthly parents and grandparents can leave behind an inheritance of tangible and intangible value land, homes, recipes, wisdom, or even prayer, how much greater is the inheritance from our heavenly Father?  An inheritance implies that someone thought of you before their passing, made intentional plans, and had a desire for your future. Similarly,...

Beloved, Allow Yourself to Be Loved: Embracing God’s Unconditional Grace

Beloved, Allow Yourself to Be Loved "To the praise of the glory of God's grace, who has accepted all of us in the Beloved."   Ephesians 1:6    God completely accepts you. When Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus, he proclaimed that we are accepted in the Beloved. That means you are not only seen by God but fully embraced. God knows your thoughts before you think them and still loves you. God knows your words before you speak them and still loves you. God knows your actions before you take them and still loves you.  You are God’s beloved. You are the apple of God’s eye. God can't get enough of you. God can't stop thinking about you. Why? Because God loves you with a perfect, unconditional, everlasting love. A love that doesn’t fluctuate based on your performance or behavior.    Beloved, allow yourself to be loved. Open your heart and your mind and recognize that you are worthy of love. You deserve love. Immerse yourself in God’s love. ...

What the Cross Means: Crucifying the World, Embracing God, and Crossing Out the Past

What the Cross Means: Crucifying the World, Embracing God, and Crossing Out the Past "May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." Galatians 6:14 (KSB)    The cross is the central image of the Christian faith. It crowns the rooftops of churches, adorns sanctuaries, and rests around the necks of believers worldwide. Whether it’s the empty cross or the crucifix, the symbol remains a powerful reminder of Jesus' sacrifice and the foundation of our faith. Songs like "At Calvary," "Near the Cross," and "The Old Rugged Cross" continue to declare its significance.  Having stood at Calvary’s foot in Israel at the very place where Jesus was crucified. I can testify to the power of that sacred ground. But beyond the physical symbol, Jesus invites us to carry our own cross. He said, “If anyone would follow Me, let him take up his cross and follow Me.” Each ...

This Is an Opportunity: Unlocking God's Purpose Through Every Life Experience

This Is an Opportunity: Unlocking God's Purpose Through Every Life Experience "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."    Galatians 6:10 (KSB)    This is an opportunity. The event you're facing right now no matter how big or small is a divine opening. As Paul reminds us in Galatians 6:10, when we recognize opportunity, we must do good to all people , especially to our faith family. But seeing it as an opportunity begins with how we perceive it.  The Kingdom of God isn't just a destination it's a way of seeing, thinking, speaking, and living with God at the center. The way we interpret life events shapes our experience. Two people can encounter the same circumstance and walk away with completely different outcomes one in despair, the other in praise simply based on how they choose to see it.    Take, for instance, a job loss. One person may respo...

Sowing Into the Spirit: Why Shame Is Not the Solution

Sowing Into the Spirit: Why Shame Is Not the Solution                                                                       "Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life."   Galatians 6:8 (KSB)    In the Kingdom of God, there's a foundational principle that governs how we live, thrive, and experience God's best. Sowing and reaping. This divine law isn't based on wrath, curses, or attacks from the enemy, it's based on the choices we make daily.  Our lives reflect the harvest of our thoughts, words, and actions. The apostle Paul tells us plainly: we can either sow into the flesh our ego, our lower consciousness, our sinful nature or sow into the ...
