I AM God’s A.C.E.: Shining as Light in a Crooked World

I AM God’s A.C.E.: Shining as Light in a Crooked World

Representing believers shining as lights in the world.

"That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world." – Philippians 2:15 (KJV)

I am God’s A.C.E. God places each of us in various situations and environments as winners, equipped to shine as lights amid challenging conditions. Like the ace in card games such as spades or pinochle triumphing over every other card those who operate from high Kingdom consciousness overcome any circumstance.

In Matthew 8:23–27, Jesus demonstrated authority over the environment during a fierce storm. The disciples, overwhelmed by wind and waves, woke Him in fear. Jesus first analyzed their fear-filled atmosphere, then commanded peace: “Peace, be still.” Immediately, the sea obeyed. This moment reveals that the power within is greater than any external condition.

First, as God’s A.C.E., you are an Atmosphere Analyst. You enter any environment workplace, neighborhood, school, or gathering and discern the energy, vibration, climate, and culture before speaking or acting. Scripture teaches us to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath. Jesus assessed the disciples’ fear before addressing the storm. Through right thinking (Thoughts), affirm truth over fear. Through right theology (Words), declare peace and authority. Through right treatment (Actions), respond with calm awareness.

Second, as God’s A.C.E., you are a Climate Changer. After analyzing the atmosphere, you shift it rather than complain about it. Jesus spoke directly to the winds and waves and they obeyed. Refuse to participate in gossip, negativity, violence, racism, sexism, or low vibrations. Instead, establish a higher tone. Envision harmony (Thoughts), speak peace (Words), and enforce positive shifts through intentional action (Actions).

Third, as God’s A.C.E., you are an Environment Inducer. Beyond analysis and change, you proactively create desired conditions. After calming the storm, Jesus induced awe and worship among the disciples. They marveled, “What manner of man is this?” Inducing means bringing about praise instead of panic, gratitude instead of grief, and faith instead of fear. Hold visions of thanksgiving (Thoughts), proclaim gratitude (Words), and cultivate uplifting spaces (Actions).

I am God’s A.C.E. an Atmosphere Analyst, Climate Changer, and Environment Inducer. No matter how crooked or perverse the generation, I shine as a light. I do not enter environments as a victim, but as a victor. I do not merely survive storms I calm them. Through this Christ life, I walk in abundant and eternal life, reflecting the highest and best thoughts, words, and actions in every situation.

📖 Reflection: When you enter a room, do you absorb the atmosphere—or transform it?

💡 Action Step: This week, intentionally assess one environment you frequent. Speak one word of peace, shift one negative conversation, and create one moment of gratitude.

There’s an answer to every question in your Soul, and the answer is glory. The reason for every experience in your life is so that God can get the glory. The purpose of all our challenges is not to bring us down but to transform us and bring glory to God. Why am I having this test, this trial, this tribulation? So God can get the glory. Why am I experiencing this persecution, this headache, this pain? So, God can get the glory. Why am I witnessing this miracle, sign, or wonder? So, God can get the glory. Why am I having this challenge in my local assembly, in my ministry, in my business, and in my organization? There’s a Grace on Your Life

There’s a Grace on Your Life "By grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."    Ephesians 2:8 (KSB)    In Ephesians chapter 2, one word stands out repeatedly: grace . But what is grace? Grace is God’s unmerited favor, His love poured out on us, not based on anything we've done or failed to do. It’s not about what we think or don’t think. It’s simply a gift. A beautiful, divine surprise.  Imagine receiving an unexpected bonus at work, you did your job, and suddenly you're given more than you earned. That’s grace. It comes when you least expect it and fills you with joy and wonder. This is how God extends His grace freely, abundantly, and lovingly.  Throughout Ephesians 2, Paul highlights how grace is woven into our salvation. “By grace you are saved” means you didn’t do it yourself. Salvation is the awakening in your spirit to the truth that  you are God's beloved .   ...

What the Cross Means: Crucifying the World, Embracing God, and Crossing Out the Past

What the Cross Means: Crucifying the World, Embracing God, and Crossing Out the Past "May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." Galatians 6:14 (KSB)    The cross is the central image of the Christian faith. It crowns the rooftops of churches, adorns sanctuaries, and rests around the necks of believers worldwide. Whether it’s the empty cross or the crucifix, the symbol remains a powerful reminder of Jesus' sacrifice and the foundation of our faith. Songs like "At Calvary," "Near the Cross," and "The Old Rugged Cross" continue to declare its significance.  Having stood at Calvary’s foot in Israel at the very place where Jesus was crucified. I can testify to the power of that sacred ground. But beyond the physical symbol, Jesus invites us to carry our own cross. He said, “If anyone would follow Me, let him take up his cross and follow Me.” Each ...
