Beyond the Weather: Standing in Divine Order Through Life’s Storms

Beyond the Weather

"The first angel sounded the trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood were hurled to the earth. One-third of the earth was burned up, as were one-third of the trees and all the green grass." – Revelation 8:7

Storm clouds breaking to reveal divine light beyond the weather

Divinity operates through divine order. Nothing happens by accident. There are no coincidences everything unfolds exactly as intended within divine purpose. The steps of a good person are ordered by the Divine, and all things work together for good for those who love the Divine and live according to divine purpose. Even thoughts, words, and actions that were not the highest and best can be transformed for good. This is why we speak peace to the winds, waves, and weather of life. We declare divine order, align the human mind with Divine Mind, and function from this spiritual truth.

Jesus encountered storms and severe weather, yet He spoke with authority: “Peace, be still.” That same authority lives within us. Two builders experienced the same rain, floods, and winds yet only the house built on the rock stood firm. The difference was not the weather, but the foundation. Revelation 8 reveals symbolic, eschatological weather hail, fire, and blood affecting one-third of the earth. Angels, as divine messengers, sound trumpets for clarity and awakening. Blood symbolizes life, indicating that not all endure these conditions. Yet notice this truth: only one-third is affected not all. We are invited to know the Divine beyond the weather.

Firstly: Conditions and Effects

Conditions arise hail, fire, and blood and they produce effects: ground burned, trees destroyed, growth halted. These conditions shake foundations and consume manifestations. Yet not every area of life is affected equally. It may be health, relationships, or wealth but never the whole. The condition of consciousness determines the effects experienced. Thoughts (Thinking), words (Theology), and actions (Treatment) shape outcomes. The Divine governs sunshine and rain, joy and pain. Know the Divine beyond the condition.

Secondly: Not Universal

The impact is limited only one-third. Not everyone experiences loss in the same season. In shared conditions such as pandemics, economic shifts, or family patterns, some prosper while others struggle. The same weather affects people differently. Just because something shows up in a family, community, or bloodline does not mean it must touch everyone. When it rains, some play. Conditions are real but they are not universal.

Thirdly: Temporary

Weather passes. Snow melts. Rain stops. Winds settle. Trouble does not last forever. When life is built on Divine Principle, one stands firm after the storm. Just because something happens does not mean it will remain. Build life on what endures not on temporary things that rust, decay, or fade away. Stand on the rock of spiritual truth.

Know the Divine beyond the weather. Speak divine order into every circumstance. Align thoughts, words, and actions with truth, and remain unshaken. Storms pass but the foundation remains.

📖 Reflection: What area of your life is asking you to trust the Divine beyond present conditions?

💡 Action Step: Speak aloud today: “I stand beyond the weather. Divine order governs my life, and I remain firm on spiritual truth.”

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement

Refocus Your Faith: How to Overcome Distraction, Disappointment, and Discouragement "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love."   Galatians 5:6 (KSB)    With everything going on around us, it's easy to feel lost. Distractions come quickly, disappointments pile up, and discouragement sneaks in. We all face these moments. But even when we get off track, there is a way back and that path is through our faith, principles, and core values.  When you live your life anchored in principles, it gives you a compass for when the road gets unclear. Knowing your vision, your mission, and your core values makes it easier to realign when life feels out of control. But if you don’t know who you are, how can you get back to being your best self? If you don’t know what you stand on, what can you stand up on after a fall?    Clarity of purpose keeps you ...

Hidden Treasure: You Are a Vessel, Not Just an Instrument

I AM Not an Instrument. I AM a Vessel “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.” – 2 Corinthians 4:7 (KSB) Hidden in Plain Sight The image that Paul presents in 2 Corinthians 4 is that of a treasure hidden within an earthen vessel. In the Old Testament, people didn’t have locks, alarm systems, or cameras to protect their valuables. Instead, their belongings were often left exposed, making them vulnerable to thieves and robbers. To safeguard their most valuable treasures, they would hide them in jars of clay—earthen vessels—placing them in plain sight. A thief or robber would never think to look there because it wasn’t an obvious hiding place. Likewise, God has placed something valuable inside of you—a treasure of great worth. Yet, people often fail to see it. You may be right in front of them, but they don’t recognize your gifts, skills, talents, anointing, abilities, or sensitivities. You are hidden in plain sight bec...

Universe Means One Thing: Love

Universe Means One Thing: Love "For all the law is fulfilled in this one word, love: Love your neighbor as yourself."   Galatians 5:14 (KSB)    Sometimes, the word “universe” can feel mysterious even spooky to some. Others think it's irreverent or sacrilegious when used in spiritual conversations. But what if we redefined it? What if “universe” simply meant love? What if it meant God, since God is love?  When we say, “the universe,” we can think of it as pointing to one word love. Just one word. The entire Bible, composed of 66 books and written by over 40 different authors, ultimately speaks to one central theme: love. From beginning to end, this divine book points us toward loving God, loving ourselves, and loving others.  In the Old Testament, God's people had 636 laws civil, ceremonial, and moral. They guided everything from relationships to religious festivals. But then Jesus came and said, “Let me make this simple Love God. Love yourself. L...
